In observance of the National Day of Mourning in honor of former President Jimmy Carter, FHLBank Chicago and the Mortgage Partnership Finance^® (MPF^®) Program have amended transaction hours on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in adherence to the SIFMA Bond Market's recommended market early closure:

• Term advances and MPF Delivery Commitment and Funding transactions close at 1 p.m.
• Letters of credit close at 2 p.m.
• Overnight and open line advances close at 3 p.m.

While we have adjusted transaction hours on January 9, FHLBank Chicago and the MPF Program will be open for normal business hours should FHLBank Chicago members need to contact us.
