eBanking Administration Recertification Due by October 31
FHLBank Chicago requires a Member Security Administrator (MSA) from each member institution to annually review their institution’s eBanking user authorization roles and access permissions. MSAs must complete the recertification by Thursday, October 31, 2024, or their institution will be restricted from executing wires and advances/letters of credit transactions from eBanking or calling-in similar transactions with FHLBank Chicago.
The recertification is for our members’ protection to ensure the proper users from each institution have the correct access for performing transactions at FHLBank Chicago. Only one MSA per institution is required to perform the recertification.
Steps to Complete Recertification
We ask that the certifying MSA complete the following steps:
- Through fhlbc.com, log into eBanking and start the administration recertification process by navigating to the eBanking message center post titled “Annual Recertification for MSAs Due by October 31, 2024.”
- Select the “Visit the recertification page” link to begin the process.
- Carefully review your institution’s account information by clicking on Admin Summary to ensure data is accurate and make any updates needed.
