We are excited to announce new Mortgage Partnership Finance® (MPF®) Traditional conventional pricing to help support low and very low-income households. The enhanced pricing is designed to reach more borrowers in your communities.
- Improved pricing for loans with borrower income at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- Applies to 30-year fixed conforming/conventional loans (including low loan balance)
- Pricing available through MPF Program approved Product & Pricing Engines (PPEs)
- May contribute to your institution’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) needs
