New eBanking Centralized Reports Available July 17
After conducting many interviews and collecting feedback from participants in our Member Focus Group Program, we are excited to announce upcoming long-term improvements to the eBanking application. These enhancements will update the look and feel, simplify navigation, and provide the best possible user experience to support you in your day-to-day tasks using eBanking.
Over time, we will be releasing new features on eBanking, one of which includes centralizing access to all reports in one location - our first step to enhancing the overall application. This new feature will be available beginning Monday, July 17, 2023. We look forward to having you along for this journey and will continue to keep you informed.
The centralized reporting feature will provide:
- One location to access all reports
- Sorting, filtering, grouping, and downloading capabilities
- Detailed descriptions for each report
- PDF and Excel report formats
