We are pleased to announce the launch of Microsoft Authenticator, our new security authentication platform, to log into eBanking and Affordable Housing Program (AHP) Online. All users who completed the transition and registration may begin using Microsoft Authenticator to login today.

When logging in, users should expect a new modern look and feel while also having heightened safety, security and improved ease of use. 

What if I Didn’t Register for Microsoft Authenticator?

If you are a user of eBanking and AHP Online but have not yet registered with Microsoft Authenticator, you will not be able to login. In order to regain access, please complete the following steps:

• For eBanking users, visit fhlbc.com and click the “eBanking login” button on the upper right-hand corner of the page to navigate to eBanking. From there, follow our step-by-step instructions.
• For AHP Online users, visit our Community Investment page and click on the “AHP Online login” button in the upper right-hand corner. From there, follow our step-by-step instructions.
