This honor is solely based on our employees’ feedback to a survey administered earlier this year by Energage, a third-party employee engagement technology partner the Chicago Tribune uses to rank workplaces in the Chicago area. The anonymous survey measures important aspects of an engaged culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

Earning this award in 2020 is extra special to us for many reasons. In an exceptionally challenging time, our workforce came together to continue delivering results for each other, our members, and the communities they serve.
