2020 Community Small Business Advance Available
Support your local economy and community revitalization efforts with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago's Community Small Business Advance. In 2020, members can access a Community Small Business Advance with 0% financing to support small business lending in income-eligible communities in Illinois and Wisconsin.
In order to qualify, members must complete the Community Small Business Advance application and demonstrate the eligibility of the small business as outlined in the application. Member limits apply to the type, amount, and maturity of each related advance.

Eligible small businesses include, but are not limited to:
- agricultural operations
- commercial, service, or retail operations
- hospitality and recreation-based businesses
