MPF® National Education is holding this webinar to provide guidance for underwriting mortgages secured by properties located in a rural areas. 

The primary focus of this webinar will center on the evaluation of rural property characteristics and how they may impact loan eligibility.  In addition, we will also provide guidance on the underwriting of some common farm income and debt scenarios.
