• Forbearance Plans
• Repayment Plans
• Dead-in-Lieu of Foreclosure
• Short Sales
• Temporary Modification Plan

Please note that the primary purpose of this webinar is to review the standard options that have always been available under the MPF Traditional conventional loan products. While recent announcements have outlined additional COVID-19 relief options, those will not be the primary focus. It is our goal to provide an overview of the standard loss mitigation tools and when they may be an appropriate offering.
