Overview

This presentation provides an in-depth overview of the MPF® Direct product. These recurring sessions are available to provide both initial and refresher training for PFIs approved to offer the MPF Direct product. The entire product process flow will be covered from origination through servicing. Eligibility and underwriting will be discussed, with guidance provided on appraisal reviews and exception requests. Please note that MPF Direct portal training is separate from this session. The MPF Direct portal training is available on demand as a recorded webinar.
