David Porterfield is currently employed as a Community Development Consultant at Hope Community Capital. The previous 11 years, Mr. Porterfield directed multifamily real estate development at Movin’ Out, Inc., a statewide nonprofit housing organization with a mission to provide housing solutions for families that include a family member with a permanent disability. Prior to joining Movin’ Out, Mr. Porterfield worked for 17 years for the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development. Mr. Porterfield has extensive experience in all aspects of housing development and finance, including the development of over 3,000 units of multifamily rental and owner-occupied housing.
