Biographies:

Jeremy Nalewaik
Jeremy Nalewaik is an Executive Director and Senior Economist on the U.S. Economics Research team, responsible for forecasting U.S. macroeconomic data and business cycle developments. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jeremy was with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors where he wrote extensively on GDP measurement, business cycles, and inflation.

Betsy Graseck
Betsy Graseck is a Managing Director covering U.S. Large Cap Banks and is Global Head of Banks and Diversified Finance Research. Ms. Graseck  picked up U.S. Large Cap Banks in 2002. Her awards include the Starmine #1 stock picker in U.S. Banks in 2018 and in U.S. Commercial Banks in 2008 and 2009.

Jay Bacow
Jay Bacow is an Executive Director and co-head of U.S. Securitized Products Research with James Egan. Mr. Bacow focuses on all securities guaranteed by the GSEs, including single-family MBS, agency multi-family, and agency debt.

Richard Hill
Richard Hill is a Managing Director covering the U.S. commercial real estate market and leads Morgan Stanley’s U.S. REIT Equity and Commercial Real Estate Debt research teams. Mr. Hill joined the firm in 2014 and has been an II-ranked CMBS analyst for several years.

Matthew Hornbach
Matthew Hornbach is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and is Global Head of Interest Rate Strategy. Mr. Hornbach oversees teams of strategists in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.
