Manufactured homes have seen an increase of production over the past decade. In this session presented by Radian, you will learn about the primary characteristics of a manufactured home. We’ll discuss how the “Red Tag” and HUD Data Plate are of specific importance to manufactured homes. The features of the 1004C (Manufactured Home Appraisal Report) and which sections should be reviewed will also be covered.
